I have found that the majority of leaders and organizations are not yet actualizing their potential. My work changes that.

As a business advisor and founder of Perpetual Development, Inc., I help the leaders of privately held and family owned businesses move from a mindset of surviving to one of thriving. I work with leaders to create sustainable business growth and cultural continuity by providing transition clarity, developing leadership competencies and advancing strategic thinking.  

I have spent nearly 30 years forming the methodologies I use every day in my work with leaders and their teams. Central to my approach is a concept that is simple in theory yet complex in application: Leaders need to think more. The ability to think beyond what they know—to be open to doing things differently from the past—sets leaders on a path toward radical change that propels company sustainability beyond the leader’s watch.
